HomesToLife — No Exchange Policy

At HomesToLife, every product is crafted with care and thoroughly checked before delivery. To maintain fairness and hygiene standards, we follow a No Exchange Policy once a product has been delivered.

• Dimensions & Fitment: Customers are advised to confirm that the selected product fits within their living space and can be moved through doorways, staircases, and elevators. Our store teams will assist with providing accurate product dimensions in advance. Please note that exchanges cannot be accepted if the product does not fit at the time of delivery.
• Color & Finish: While we strive for accurate images and descriptions, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or natural material differences. These do not qualify for exchange.
• Change of Mind: Exchanges will not be accepted for change of preference, design, fabric, or color after purchase.
• Quality Assurance: All products are inspected before dispatch. In the rare case of manufacturing defects or transit damage, our Warranty & Returns Policy applies.
