HomesToLife — Terms & Conditions of Sale

The sale of our products and provision of our services are subject to these Terms & Conditions of Sale (“Terms”). Depending on the product that you are purchasing, additional Terms and Conditions may apply (“Additional Terms”). These Terms may be revised from time to time; the Terms in force at the time of your purchase will apply. If you have any questions, please speak with one of our sales representatives.

Purchase

Once an order has been accepted by HomesToLife, cancellation of that order will not be accepted except as set out in these Terms. Payment and/or deposit are not refundable except where explicitly stated in these Terms.

All sales are subject to product availability and safe arrival within India. If an ordered product is unavailable, we will inform you and refund the amount or deposit paid for that product.

Lead times are estimates based on supplier commitments and past experience. Due to factors beyond our control (backorders, freight delays, weather, strikes, etc.) lead times may change. Orders cannot be cancelled and deposits will not be refunded solely because of delayed lead times.

Payment

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments to HomesToLife shall be forfeited if there is a failure to accept delivery of the product or to complete delivery where applicable.

We offer a range of flexible payment schemes at our physical stores. For online orders we accept UPI, Netbanking, VISA, American Express and Mastercard. All prices are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Full payment is required for online orders prior to processing. All online payments are processed through a secure payment gateway and personal/financial information is encrypted.

Electronic digital coupons may be used as specified on the coupon; each coupon carries its own conditions.

Delivery

Please ensure that you or your authorised representative are present at the delivery address on the agreed delivery date. If no one is available to receive the delivery, additional delivery charges will apply for subsequent delivery attempts.

Dimensions & Fitment (Important)

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the purchased items can be delivered to and placed in the intended room/location and can be moved through all internal and external points (doorways, staircases, lifts, corridors). Our store teams will provide accurate product dimensions and guidance prior to purchase; however, final responsibility for fitment and access rests with the customer. Exchanges or refunds will not be accepted if the item cannot be moved into the premises or does not fit at the time of delivery.

Site Access & Preparation

External access from loading bays or parking to the delivery area must be clear and accessible. The internal area where furniture will be placed should be cleared prior to delivery to allow for safe placement.

Additional charges will be charged to the customer for re-delivery, extra labour, or shifting/clearing costs incurred to complete delivery. If accessibility issues cause an unsuccessful delivery, no refunds or exchanges will be permitted for that reason.

Delays & Disposal

Delivery times may be affected by unforeseen circumstances (weather, traffic, etc.). The delivery team will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of delays.

Delivery fees do not include disposal of old furniture or items. Disposal requests must be made at the time of order and will incur additional charges at prevailing rates. Delivery of your new furniture may be delayed if disposal requests are not made at order time.

Receiving of Order

The person receiving the product must sign for delivery. A signature confirms receipt in good order and will be taken as evidence of successful delivery. Any defect or non-conformance must be notified to our delivery representative and noted on the delivery order at the time of delivery.

If you sign for delivery without noting defects, HomesToLife may not be liable for claims made thereafter. Additional costs to access premises or to deliver the products shall be borne by the recipient.

If a product is not collected or delivered within one (1) month from the Product Ready Date, storage and insurance charges at prevailing rates may be applied. If not collected within a specified period, HomesToLife reserves the right to forfeit the purchase and deposit.

If there are defects on delivery, please email customer.service@homestolife.in with photographs within seven (7) days of delivery and allow our team up to three (3) working days to respond. If items are delivered in an unacceptable condition, do not sign or acknowledge receipt.

Exchange Policy (No Exchange)

All payments for furniture products are non-refundable. HomesToLife follows a strict No Exchange Policy once a product has been delivered.

  • Exchanges will not be accepted if the product does not fit within the customer’s space or cannot be moved through entryways, lifts, staircases, or corridors at the time of delivery.
  • Exchanges will not be accepted for change of mind — including changes in preference for design, fabric, color, or size after delivery.
  • Minor variations in color, grain, texture, or finish due to natural materials or digital display differences do not qualify for exchange.
  • Exchange and return exclusions apply to promotional, clearance, ‘as-is’ items, unwrapped mattresses, used pillows, consumable/hygiene products, and Made-To-Order sofas.

HomesToLife offers a 7-day return policy for selected regular-priced and ready-stock items (except Made-To-Order sofas) where explicitly stated; delivery costs for returns must be borne by the customer. Any product exchanged must be of equal or higher value than the original purchase and be presented with the original un-used condition and purchase receipt where applicable.

Product Limited Warranty

HomesToLife warrants that its products will be free from manufacturing defects for a specified period from date of purchase. Warranty periods vary by product and are described in the Product Limited Warranty documentation provided with the product.

The warranty is valid for the original delivery address at the time of purchase. The warranty may be transferable to a new owner provided the product was not moved from the original delivery address — terms apply.

HomesToLife will pay reasonable labour costs to repair or replace parts found to contain a material manufacturing defect upon examination by our representative. Where identical materials are not available, we reserve the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality. Replacement fabrics and leather may vary in colour or grain.

These Limited Warranties apply to purchases made on our online store at www.homestolife.in. HomesToLife reserves the right to adjust labour rates, shipping costs, and amend warranty terms without prior notice.

To the extent permitted by law, our maximum aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount received from you for the relevant product(s).

Personal Data & Governing Law

By providing personal data to HomesToLife you consent to the collection, use, disclosure, processing and transfer of your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy forms part of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
