Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Returns and Refunds

No Defect Found:
If a product is inspected and no defect is found, returns or refunds will not be provided. However, if HomesToLife is unable to provide the customer with a satisfactory solution, we will refund the full amount paid by the customer.

Defective Products:

• Repairable Defects: HomesToLife will repair the defect at no extra cost.
• Non-Repairable Defects: HomesToLife will provide an exchange product.
• Last Piece or Discontinued Products: Customers may either:
  • Select a new product of their choice, or
  • Claim a refund of the amount paid.
  Note: HomesToLife’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product only.

Cancellations

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled if the product has not been shipped from the source warehouse.
• After Dispatch: Once the product has been dispatched, cancellations are not allowed.
• Exceptional Cases: If a customer provides a genuine reason for cancellation after dispatch, HomesToLife reserves the right to determine whether the reason is valid. In such cases, HomesToLife may retain the applicable transportation charges for shipping the product to and from the source warehouse.
